We encourage you to contact us to discuss your budget and you needs, despite posted prices and costs. We commonly are able to adjust prices and services to fit our customers budget while providing our customers with the outcome they desire. 

We believe in absolute transparency with our customers. The cost to clear land varies greatly and is dependent on many variables. Some of these include access, density, ground conditions, obstacles and foreign or manmade objects. The cost to clear land can and the cost of grading can be daunting at first sight, we try to work with our customers with custom quotes to meet their land clearing, excavation and grading needs. We charge in blocks of time generally, unless the job requires a custom quote. 

-Our blocks of time are 4 hours and that is also our minimum. 

-4 hours is $750-$1000, depending on the wanted finish, for forestry mulching. 

-Grading and excavation is $5-10 per cu/yd for excavation and $3-5 per sqft for pads and leveling, not including any materials that need to be brought in or transported off site.
